How to be Authentically Connected to Yourself to Guide Your Career with Lindsay Gordon
Guide Your Career Quote: “I want there to be a lifelong curiosity, playfulness, serendipity, discovering different things. And if you can make the decisions that actually feel authentic and aligned for you at each of those moments, that to me feels like a life well lived.” Lindsay Gordon
How many times in your life have you said the phrase “I hate my job” or “I need a career change”? I think for many people it happens quite frequently. I also think that since the beginning of the pandemic, many people are recognizing what is most important to them and it’s created an environment that allows or even encourages career change. On this episode of Authentic Living with Roxanne, we welcome Career Strategist, Lindsay Gordon to share her expertise on how to decide when it’s time to leave or what you can do to improve your situation and learn to love your job again.
Lindsay is a career coach for analytically minded people who want to stop doing what they think is “right” in their career and start doing what’s right for them. She helps people get clarity about what’s right for them in a job and why, is confident about their skills and abilities, and is able to communicate that to interviewers, managers, and colleagues.
